Chest Infection assessment (Adults only)

Our Prescribing Pharmacist can assess your symptoms and sound your chest to check if you have a chest infection. If needed we can treat your symptoms with a prescription in the pharmacy. We can also treat patients with asthma and COPD who may have a chest infection. Some patients may be excluded from this service e.g. if you have just had treatment for a chest infection, which didn't work; patients who have immune system problems and those under 16 years old.
